There are 2 steps to complete to apply to be a 2022 Inc. Best Workplace:
Step 1 - Submit your company application
Submit an online company application here. The deadline to submit an application is Friday, February 4, 2022.
Step 2 - Complete the employee survey
After submitting your company application, your employees will need to complete the Quantum Best Workplace Survey. The contact person at your company will facilitate the survey invitations for your employees.
The surveys will open the week of November 8, 2021. All applicants at that time will receive an email from Quantum Workplace with instructions on how to set up and deploy the survey. After November 8, 2021, survey setup instructions will be sent on a weekly basis to the contact person at your company. I.E. After November 8, 2021, that contact person at your company will receive instructions to set up and deploy the survey within 7 days after submitting the application.
The surveys are primarily run through email, however if your employees don't have email addresses there are other ways to administer the survey. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on this.
You will need to achieve employee survey participation based on the following percentages per size of organization for your Best Workplaces submission to be complete.
- 50 employees or fewer = 85%
- 51 - 150 = 70%
- 151 - 500 = 50%
- 501 - 1,000 = 30%
- 1,001 - 3,000 = 15%
- 3,001 - 5,000 = 8%
- More than 5,000 = 5%
In order to gather statistically sound results, companies must reach a minimum level of employee participation (based on total number of employees) to be eligible to make the list. This is required in order to reach a 95 percent confidence level with a margin of error of plus or minus 5 percent.
You'll have until February 18, 2022 to meet the survey employee participation minimum level. Once you've met the employee survey participation minimum level for your company size, your submission to Inc. Best Workplaces is complete.
