There are 2 steps to complete to apply to be a 2021 Inc. Best Workplace:
Step 1 - Submit your company application
Submit an online company application here. The deadline to submit an application is Friday, February 5, 2021.
Step 2 - Complete the employee survey
After submitting your company application, your employees will need to complete the Quantum Best Workplace Survey.
The contact person at your company will facilitate the survey invitations for your employees online. They’ll email employees the unique survey link by uploading employee email addresses into the Quantum Workplace portal. If your employees don't have email addresses there are other ways to administer the survey. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on this.
You will need to achieve employee participation based on the following percentages per size of organization for your Best Workplaces submission to be complete.
- 50 employees or fewer = 85%
- 51 - 150 = 70%
- 151 - 500 = 50%
- 501 - 1,000 = 30%
- 1,001 - 3,000 = 15%
- 3,001 - 5,000 = 8%
- More than 5,000 = 5%
In order to gather statistically sound results, companies must reach a minimum level of employee participation (based on total number of employees) to be eligible as a finalist. This is required in order to reach a 95 percent confidence level with a margin of error of plus or minus 5 percent.
You'll have until February 19, 2021 to meet the survey employee participation minimum level. Once you've met the employee participation minimum level for your company size your submission to Inc. Best Workplaces is complete.
