The quickest way to verify your revenue is to complete a secure electronic version of the Revenue Verification Form through your Inc. 5000 application account.
After clicking into your revenue verification stage, you will be asked to submit your revenue numbers and input the name and email of your CEO and co-signer. Once you click "Save and Finalize", an email will be sent to each of them requesting their signature. They will both have the opportunity to update the revenue numbers previously entered. We will use the numbers finalized by your co-signer when calculating your growth rate.
If you prefer to upload tax returns or audited financial documents, select the option to upload additional materials. Unfortunately, the system requires you to enter your CEO's name and email for this option as well, and they will still receive an email to sign. They can ignore this email, as tax returns or audited financial statements take the place of submitting signatures.
The deadline for submitting revenue verification materials is May 7th, 2021.

The early-rate deadline to apply is March 26, 2021, and the fee is $195. After this date, the application fee will increase to the regular rate of $245.
The deadline to submit your application (Registration and Payment) is April 30th, 2021.
The deadline to submit your Revenue Verification Materials is May 7th, 2021.
