Inc. 5000 | What are the eligibility criteria for the Inc. 5000?

All of the following must be true of your company to apply for the 2025 Inc. 5000. Your company must:

  1. Have generated revenue by March 31, 2021.
  2. Have generated at least $100,000 in revenue in 2021.
  3. Have generated at least $2 million in revenue in 2024.
  4. Be privately held, for-profit; based in the U.S., and independent (not a subsidiary or division of another company).  

*Please note that revenue must be under one LLC. Common paymasters are not eligible for the Inc. 5000.
