The application fee is not refundable under any circumstances. If a company opts to make a down payment for one or more Conference tickets and subsequently decides not to use any or all of such tickets, that company shall be entitled to a corresponding refund of the Conference ticket less the application fee.
Refund policy: If you need to cancel your application, just get in touch with us by replying to your confirmation email or emailing us at inc5000@inc.com. All sales are final and nonrefundable.
